Appalachian Echoes is a three-hour, weekly syndicated radio program that highlights the talented artists, songwriters and musicians with ties to Appalachia, as well as the vibrant and growing genre of Americana music which often features the echoes of Appalachian influence. The show focuses on predominantly independent artists and music often overlooked by commercial radio playlists, and fuels a sense of listener loyalty based on home place pride.

FRESH TRACK: Sammy Brue – “Lord, I’m Ready Now”
Songwriter Sammy Brue has announced the release of The Journals, a passion project and tribute to his mentor, Justin Townes Earle. The album includes never-before-recorded songs from Earle’s journals entrusted by his widow, Jenn Marie Earle. Some of the songs on the album are based on lyric sheets,
