Phil Mickelson is one of the most recognizable champions in the professional golf world. With six major titles to his credit, he’s one of the game’s best. However, Mickelson’s reputation took a hit recently when he was reportedly accused by a female employee of The Farms Golf Club in Rancho Santa Fe, California, of “inappropriate […]

Cody Johnson is doing what he can to bring back funny country music. The sub genre of country used to be a lot more crowded. If you don’t know what I mean by “funny country,” think Brad Paisley’s “I’m Gonna Miss Her” or Alan Jackson’s “I Don’t Even Know Your Name.” Country music often benefits from not taking itself too seriously, and CoJo decided he wanted to get in on the fun with his new song “Horseback.” The track pairs […]

The collaboration we didn’t know we needed. You won’t find a lot of modern-day superstars in the bluegrass music scene, and that’s honestly okay, because Billy Strings has it pretty much covered. Tyler Childers and Sturgill Simpson sometimes dip into the realm of bluegrass, but there’s no one who can fill an arena by flat-pickin’ quite like William Lee Apostol, A.K.A. Billy Strings. Billy Strings didn’t just magically turn into a master bluegrass player overnight. He dedicated himself to playing guitar and learning music […]
